In August 2003, the Company issued Series A and B convertible senior debentures, which are described in our periodic reports filed on Forms 10-K and 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission and available on this website. In October 2009, the Company issued Series C convertible senior debentures to certain holders, as also described in our SEC reports. The documents governing the debentures require us to post to our website certain information and press releases made regarding contingent interest and put rights for the debentures, and this page contains links to such releases.
